By training the trainers, the program leaders learn skills that enable them to develop new action plans that provide immediate results. Potential employees are evaluated by how well they can demonstrate the 22 most successful behaviors. Training is solely based on behavior, which increases consistent performance. seller provides a process instead of a script to increase agent flexibility within a simple guideline. Behavioral training is followed by continuous development modules and ongoing certification from basic to master issued by eTelecare’s internal quality assurance team.
