eTelecare Names Randall Harris to Head Latin American Operations

Scottsdale, Ariz. –- August 20, 2008

eTelecare Global Solutions (NASDAQ: ETEL) (PSE: ETEL), a leading provider of complex multi-channel business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announced that veteran BPO executive Randall K. Harris has joined eTelecare as Senior Vice President, Latin American Operations. Harris will initially manage the recently announced Nicaraguan delivery center, which when fully operational will employ over 500 people.

Harris was previously with Sitel, where he oversaw the company's 9,500 employees in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina; prior to that, he was responsible for its operations in India and the Philippines.
