eTelecare Expands U.S. Capacity to Support Strong Demand for Its BPO Services

Scottsdale, Ariz. -- June 09, 2008

 eTelecare Global Solutions (NASDAQ:ETEL) (PSE:ETEL), a leading provider of complex business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announced that it will open a new service delivery center in Jacksonville, Texas on July 1st of this year. It is expected that when fully operational the facility will employ over 400 people, bringing total headcount in the U.S. to over 3,000 and headcount worldwide to over 13,000. The new center will be the company's seventh U.S. delivery center.
