eTelecare Global Solutions Ranked #4 on Global Services "Offshore 100" Second Year on CMP - And Neoit-Sponsored List
eTelecare Global Solutions, the leading Asia-focused call center, ranked as one of the leaders on the Global Services 100 list, presented by neoIT and CMP-CyberMedia LLC. eTelecare ranked fourth on the list of top ten offshore call center firms, ahead of competitors such as ClientLogic, IBM (Daksh) and ICICI OneSource.
The list is a joint project of neoIT, a leading offshore advisory and management firm, and CMP's Global Services , a monthly magazine of global-sourcing business and technology, to gauge the worldwide business process and information technology outsourcing market. The project collected responses from companies in 15 countries, including the Philippines, China, India, Russia, CIS, Malaysia and Mexico.
“The Global Services 100 study identifies global service providers that demonstrate excellence in operations, handling client needs, growing client relationships and developing their employees,” said Eugene Kublanov, Vice President of neoIT. Entrants were judged on size, profitability, a multi-shore presence, demonstrated capabilities and staff training. As a group, the companies on the Global Services 100 had a 20.4% compound annual growth rate and more than $110 billion in outsourcing revenue.
“The firms in the Offshore 100 demonstrated a pattern of market leadership, innovation and outstanding customer service,” said Rusty Weston, editor of Global Services . “eTelecare Global Solutions has clearly proven itself to be one of the leaders in this industry. This award recognizes their achievements.”
eTelecare Global Solutions' appearance on the list caps a year during which the firm grew to more than $150 million in revenue in 2005 and was named to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing privately-held companies. eTelecare now has more than 7,000 employees in four Philippine and seven US call centers.
“Appearing on the list for the second year in a row underscores the value we continue to create for our clients. Our focus on performance drives down overall costs while improving customer satisfaction,” says eTelecare Global Solutions co-President Jim Franke. “We are proud that Global Services has recognized eTelecare as a leader in the industry.”
eTelecare Global Solutions' inclusion on the Global Services 100 marks the 33 rd industry award the company has won over the last five years, making eTelecare the world's most honored call center.
