eTelecare Wins Best of Show at 2002 Call Center and CRM Solutions Expo
eTelecare International topped ten other firms to win the Best of Show award for Best Outsourcer on February 13 at the 2002 Call Center and CRM Exposition & Conference in Las Vegas. The conference, one of the industry's leading forums on Customer Relationship Management, presented the award in conjunction with Customer Interface magazine.
“We're immensely proud,” said eTelecare co-president Derek Holley, who accepted the award on behalf of the company. “Winning this award further validates the investments we've made in quality people, technology and processes, as well as the savings we've been able to generate for our clients.”
The award was judged on the basis of a formal application, case studies, entrant collateral, user testimonials, interviews and booth presentation. eTelecare took the prize because of its demonstrated commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, besting companies such as APAC, Globalstride, OverC International, Sitel, Ti3 and Willow CSN, Inc. This is the third award in the last seven months for eTelecare, which also won the Gold Award for inbound business-to-consumer services at Customer Inter@ction Solutions Marketing Via Phone Quality Awards in January as well as Best in Show for Best Hosted Service at August's 2001 International Call Center Management Conference & Exposition.
eTelecare surveys more than 20,000 callers each month, and 98% describe themselves as “satisfied”, with 70% saying they are “very satisfied”. The company's global business model takes U.S. management experience and leverages the cost and quality advantages of the Philippines. These include hiring 100% college graduates, providing 4 weeks of foundation training, maintaining 1 supervisor for every 8 associates and using the latest eCRM technology. For eTelecare's clients, the results are higher quality, savings of up to 20% compared to U.S.-based outsourcers and customer satisfaction rates of 98%.
Call Center & CRM Solutions Conference & Exposition is produced annually by Advanstar Communications and focuses on the needs of call center managers. More than 4,000 professionals and 130 companies attended this year's show.
