eTelecare Global Solutions Ranked on Eleven Top Outsourcer Lists by contactcenterworld.com

Top rankings on eleven of ContactCenterWorld.com's 2006 Top Outsourcer lists help affirm eTelecare Global Solutions' position as a leading contact center service provider. eTelecare was cited five times for inbound services, three times for outbound services and three times for blended services.

In the Outbound Services Ranking, eTelecare was included on the Top Outsourcer lists for: Number of Outbound Contact Centers, Number of Outbound Agents and Outbound Business-to-Business agents.

For the Inbound Services Ranking, eTelecare was ranked for: Percentage of Inbound Revenue Growth, Number of Inbound Agents, Number of Inbound Business-to-Business Agents, Number of Inbound Contact Centers and for the Percentage Growth of Inbound Seats.

For the Blended Services Ranking, eTelecare was ranked for: Number of Blended Agents, Number of Blended Business-to-Business Agents and for Overall Number of Blended Agents.
