Eligibility and Rules:

•  Available to Team Leaders and above in Operations and all support team employees (excludes agents and executive team)

•  Employee must submit an individual's name and contact information as part of the referral. A company name alone will not be considered a sufficient referral.

•  The referral must be a person who can make or greatly influence outsourcing decisions.

•  The referred account must have the potential to reach a minimum of 100 seats within 12 months of the contract.

•  Referral must be for a new client, not an existing eTelecare client. If employee is unsure whether lead is an existing client, submit anyway and Sales will confirm.

•  Bonus paid out after program has been in production for 6 months to consider the higher headcount that is typically required after initial ramp.

•  Employee must be employed with eTelecare at time of payout

•  Because the sales cycle can take up to 18 months, it might take some time before your lead generates a bonus

•  If no business is contracted within 24 months of your lead submission, it will be considered inactive. Any business signed with the client after 24 months, unless directly a result of your lead, will not be considered eligible for payout.
