Mr. Santa Maria joined eTelecare in 2004. Mr. Santa Maria was previously a consultant on BPO to Booz Allen Hamilton, Dun and Bradstreet, Sterling HSA, and private equity-backed management groups. Mr. Santa Maria earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Philippines and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management
