etelecare global solutions wins fifth best Outsourcer award at ICCM 2006

The Best Outsourcer Award is presented to the call center that has “the best potential to change the future of the contact center industry,” according to a show press release. The judging panel, which included consultants, journalists and analysts from the industry, judged the US and international entries on quality, features, ease of integration and implementation, and the return generated for the client. Judges interviewed each entrant and evaluated their quality results, client testimonials, and booth presentations.
