ETELECARE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NAMES GLENN DISPENZIERE SVP SALES & MARKETING
Monrovia, CA – Dec. 7, 2005 – eTelecare Global Solutions (eGS), a leading provider of outsourced customer care solutions, announced today that Glenn J. Dispenziere has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Dispenziere was formerly with Witness Systems, a Roswell, Georgia-based supplier of customer relationship management (CRM) software, where he ran Strategic Sales and Business Development.

Mr. Dispenziere joins eTelecare Global Solutions after a successful sales and consulting career in the call center software and services market. Prior to his work at Witness, Mr. Dispenziere was a partner at Accenture with a specialty in CRM and call centers. There, he sold and managed numerous call center services engagements, and helped sell several contact center transformation initiatives, including AT&T's $2.5B co-sourcing deal. Before his work with Accenture, Mr. Dispenziere was with AT&T, where he held several management positions in their consumer telemarketing, customer care and operator call servicing channels.
Since beginning operations in 2000, eTelecare Global Solutions has grown from 20 agents to more than 6,000 working on 43 programs for 26 clients at seven US and four Philippine call centers. With a three-year growth rate of 1391%, eTelecare Global Solutions was recently ranked 50th on the 2005 Inc. 500 list of America 's fastest growing private companies.
