ETELECARE WINS BEST IN SHOW AT STI KNOWLEDGE CENTER SYMPOSIUM

 

MONROVIA, CA, aug. 13, 2003 – eTelecare International won a Best in Show award over 13 entrants at the STI Knowledge Center Symposium in Las Vegas.  The help desk conference ran from July 28-30, attracting more than 450 attendees to the Bellagio Hotel.

The award was based on attendee votes in five categories based on each entrant's value proposition, communication skills and attractiveness as a business partner.  eTelecare also supplemented its case with a humorous video that outlined the differences between eTelecare and its low-cost competition.  Football legend Joe Montana presented eTelecare co-president Derek Holley with the award, and an autographed football, at the
Symposium's Gala Giveaway/Closing Ceremonies. 

"Winning an award determined by people who use call center services every day is very exciting for us.  It highlights eTelecare's tremendous value proposition,” said Mr. Holley.  “It also reflects our success as we expand into the help desk market.”  This is the tenth recent major award for eTelecare and the first that directly reflects the company's technical support work.  Most recently, eTelecare won the 2003 CRM Excellence Award from Technology Marketing Corporation, publishers of Customer Inter@ction Solutions.
