eTelecare Employee and Business Partner Win First Annual Customer Care Leadership Awards
MONROVIA, CA, October 23, 2002 - Call Center Magazine presented eTelecare customer service agent Arlyn Acleta and business partner Raymund Catli, of Alliance Technologies Corp., with two of its first annual Customer Care Leadership Awards on Wednesday, October 16, prior to Call Center Demo & Conference West 2002. The awards honor the “technical expertise, people skills, imagination, dynamism and tenacity” of call center employees, according to the magazine's web site. The publication plans to present the awards annually in six categories: call center agent, manager, senior executive, IT analyst, business partner and call center team.
Based on her customer service, innovation and leadership, Ms. Acleta won the call center agent award over applicants from major call centers, both onshore and offshore, that serve the US market. “eTelecare attracts, trains and develops the highest quality agents in the industry,” says eTelecare Co-President Derek Holley. “Arlyn Acleta has gone above and beyond even eTelecare's high standards, for which we are extremely proud.”
Mr. Catli, a network solutions manager with Alliance Technologies Corp., Avaya's leading business partner in the Philippines, won the business partner award for his cost-effective technology solutions to support eTelecare's growth. “Raymund Catli always puts the interests of eTelecare and his other clients first. He's the kind of partner that we aspire to be with our own clients. Ms. Acleta took her first trip to the U.S. to attend the luncheon, and was presented with her award by Call Center Magazine Editor-in-Chief Warren Hersch and Chief Technical Editor Joseph Fleischer. Mr. Holley accepted the award for Mr. Catli, who was unable to travel. Ruthann Fisher, the group publisher for Call Center Magazine and Communications Convergence, hosted the luncheon, which was held at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. All six winners will be featured in Call Center Magazine's December cover story.
