Einar Seadler

Senior Vice President, Global Operations

A graduate of the United States Military Academy and Cornell University 's Industrial and Labor Relations School , Mr. Seadler has more than twenty years of operations and integration experience in rapid growth service industries, including Homegrocer.com, Petsmart and Kash n' Karry food stores.  As a US Army infantry officer, he has served with combat units, at the Pentagon, and as an associate professor at West Point .  Prior to joining eTelecare, Mr. Seadler was a leader in McKinsey & Co.'s Operations Practice.

Mr. Seadler brings to the call center industry considerable experience advising Fortune 500 clients on operational performance, asset productivity, business strategy and planning.  As eTelecare grows, it will draw on his background in operations support, marketing strategies, customer fulfillment center design, real estate and construction.
