Gilbert Santa Maria

Mr. Santa Maria brings15 years of experience in general management, private equity and management consulting to his work at eTelecare. Prior to eTelecare, he advised Dun & Bradstreet and other companies on Business Process Outsourcing.  Gilbert was the Chief Operating Officer of a Singapore-based technology startup, which was later sold to eBay.  He also worked with an Asian affiliate of New York-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus.  Other positions include General Manager of Pepsi in Manila , and consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in New York , where he led engagements in strategy and operations for large global clients like Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, British Oxygen, and BHP of Australia . 

Gilbert holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines .
