David Palmer
Senior Vice President, International Operations
Mr. Palmer joined eTelecare Global Solutions in 2007 and leads the Operational Planning & Analysis, Service Delivery, Call Center Operations, Recruiting, Staffing, Training and Quality Assurance teams. In this role, Mr. Palmer and his team oversee all aspects of providing world class service with eTelecare's 11,000 employees across 13 service centers in the United States and Philippines.
Prior to joining eTelecare Global Solutions, Mr. Palmer spent 12 years with AOL, LLC. most recently as Senior Vice President, International Operations. At AOL, he had overall responsibility in managing the entire scope of business for International captive and outsourced service centers for AOL, Netscape, CompuServe and Walmart Connect products and services, principally in inbound Teleservices, Telesales and eSupport channels. The service center network extended across 9 companies in 18 locations with over 7,000 employees and 6,000 outsourced agents servicing more than 100 million inbound transactions annually. Mr. Palmer has extensive experience internationally, managing AOL Member Services operations in Asia, Africa, Central America, Latin America and North America.
Mr. Palmer also served as in variety of executive positions during his tenure with AOL, including Vice President of CRM Implementation, Vice President and General Manager of Member Development for the company's Tucson, AZ site; Vice President of Customer Care and Technical Support, Vice President of Information Technologies Operations, Vice President and General Manager of Member Development in Albuquerque.
