Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

George Hines joins eTelecare Global Solutions as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), bringing more than 13 years of experience in technology strategy, implementation and management at leading international contact center and telecommunications enterprises. Most recently, Mr. Hines was CIO at PeopleSupport and Chief Technology Officer at ChaseCom LP, where he managed IT architecture, procurement and operations. At the telecommunications practices of Deloitte Consulting LP and Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Hines served as an IT consultant to Fortune 500 clients, with responsibility for deployment of applications and network infrastructure to support international companies. He earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Millikin University in Illinois.
