Michael Dodson

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mike Dodson joins eTelecare Global Solutions after a strong career as a financial officer in the semiconductor industry.  Before eGS, he was the CFO of Electro Scientific Industries in Portland, Oregon where he built a world-class financial organization and led efforts to reorganize and streamline the company to increase operational efficiency. 

Previously, Mr. Dodson was the CFO of publicly listed SpeedFam-IPEC, in Chandler, Arizona, where he managed a successful restructuring that streamlined  the company's Asian operations.  From 1996 to 1999, he was chief accounting officer and corporate controller of Novellus Systems in San Jose, California.  Mr. Dodson was previously with Ernst & Young in San Jose, where his client base was primarily manufacturing concerns that ranged from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. 

Mr. Dodson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a Bachelor of Business Administration that included two majors:  Accounting and Information Systems Analysis and Design.
