Glenn Dispenziere

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Glenn Dispenziere joins eTelecare Global Solutions after a successful career in call center/CRM software and services sales.  Mr. Dispenziere was previously Vice President of Strategic Sales & Business Development at Witness Systems, a Call Center/CRM software provider, where he led large sales to strategic customers.  Prior to Witness Systems, he was a partner at Accenture with a specialty in CRM and call centers. There, he helped sell several large contact center transformation initiatives, including AT&T's $2.5B co-sourcing deal.  Before Accenture, Mr. Dispenziere was with AT&T where he managed 14+ outsourcing vendors (Inbound/Outbound sales, Third Party Verification, Batch processing), as well as vendor performance management, vendor forecasting and capacity planning, and call routing.

Mr. Dispenziere graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and has a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the College of William & Mary.
